The Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, is the sole interests-holder, sole shareholder, sole member, and sole owner of The Alvan Ikoku Philanthropies’s parent company, The Alvan Ikoku Group LLC. This Founder is also the sole and complete owner of The Ikoku Group’s divisions, series, and subsidiaries, its Products and Services, and all of its assets and properties. The company has no other members.
Partnerships and Affiliations
Announcements of any affiliations, partnerships, sponsorships, and equivalent with The Alvan Ikoku Philanthropies shall be provided upon agreements executed by the Founder, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, solely via this Founder’s express written instrument signed and sealed.
